The chef lived in New York for 25 years where he studied the art, and moved to texas to start Kenzo in Murphy, Texas.
Specialties
Kenzo specializes in Japanese Cuisine. Japanese cuisine ranges from Sushi & Sashimi, Ramen, Donburi, Katsu, and Teriyaki. Kenzo offers a variety of hot and cold sake in either a tall or short bottle. Although the restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine, it also offers a variety of extremely popular Korean dishes, such as Galbi; korean barbeque ribs. On the first day of the month Kenzo will do drawings from the yelp reviews for different prizes such as a free appetizer, roll, or dessert.
