Eric began his career as a laborer working across several industries assisting with the maintenance of assets. He would later join the US Navy and gain critical technical/leadership training that would prepare him for mid to senior level management roles in the corporate/private sector. Erics areas of expertise are managing/directing installations, isolations, calibrations, quality assurance, commissionings, corrective and preventative maintenance.For the past 15 years Eric Strickland has worked at all levels of maintenance management.
