Manager has a bad attitude and is rude. Absolutely NO customer service. Other employees were nice but it looks like a hostile environment to work in.

The baristas are awesome, but being card only I couldn't leave them a tip. Very disappointing for them. Shame on you for not having a way to tip other than cash. Double sided...pay with card only...

If there is an event all weekend (lone star volleyball)you should open up early!!! When people need to be here at 700-730 and you don't open until 8 is absurd!!!! You list a ton of business!

There are not many good options in the Convention Center for food and drink so Kay's Place is located in between Halls C and B. There is a patio type looking seating area except that it is inside...
