Katherine S Labiner, MD - Child Neurology Consultants of Austin

Dr. Aaron L. Cardon earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine where he also completed his Child Neurology residency and Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship. During his medical training at Baylor, Dr. Cardon conducted extensive research measuring and quantifying intracranial electrical changes associated with behavior, culminating in a master's degree in Neuroscience (MSc) along with a medical doctorate (MD). Prior to joining Child Neurology Consultants of Austin, Dr. Cardon served as a Clinical Instructor of Neurology in the Division of Child Neurology at Stanford University and the Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital.

Dr. Jinfon Ong received his medical degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his Pediatric residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, followed by fellowship training in Child Neurology at the University of Washington/Seattle Children's Hospital.Dr. Ong acts as Medical Director for the local Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic and is a faculty member for the Child Neurology residency program at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Dilip Karnik received his medical training from Grant Medical College of the University of Bombay, India. He then completed his Pediatric residency at Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School, followed by a fellowship at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and King County Hospital in Brooklyn. Dr. Karnik was one of the first physicians to practice Pediatric Neurology in Austin nearly 35 years ago.Currently, he serves as director of pediatric neurology at the Starbright Rehabilitation Center, a group providing rehab services to brain-injured children. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Austin and Medical Director of UTAP, the University of Texas Autism Program.
