I have been a real estate owner for over 20 years. During that time, I have bought investment property, been a landlord, relocated across the country, completed a whole house remodel and developed a passion for real estate. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I was a certified public accountant in Illinois specializing in small businesses and regulation audits. My financial background coupled with my experience in real estate, provides me with a unique perspective for my clients, and helps to develop a trusted relationship in purchasing or selling what could be one of their largest investments. My experience in owning investment properties and managing those units, provides insight to my clients, both landlords and tenants, about the rental process.
