Dr. Medina grew up in Garland, Texas. She received her bachelors of science in biology from the University of North Texas. She received a scholarship from the Hispanic Dental Society and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas, graduating cum laude as well.
