Hung up on me when i was asking about service. The lady on the phone was rude and they are over charging. You still have to come washed and blowdried

Awful braids, falling apart, coming loose at the ends. Requested a refund and was blocked. They requested to pay full price before services rendered. My braids were all sizes and lengths! Stay AWAY!!
