Great taste and texture.. you can definitely tell a difference from the grocery store. Takes some time to get your order but it's not bad if you plan for it.

Sent a pig to be processed April 8- it's September 23 and it's still not ready. I call every week and it's suppose to be ready the next week and never is.

The best processor I have used - I have used 3 or 4 others in the area. He listens to your requests and cuts as requested. ALSO the spices in the sausages he makes are amazing !
