Jube started doing personalized orders for smoked meats at his home and this blossomed into the acquisition of a building at 1900 South Edgewood Terrace in the Stop 6 edition of Fort Worth. They've been at this location since May of 2018

Jubes produces smoked meats that posses a creole flavor. We specialize in ribs, brisket, sausage and chicken. We pride ourselves in customer service and friendliness.
