Dr. Salinas completed his undergraduate education at Rice University in Houston, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish. He completed his medical school, internship and residency training at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Salinas is certified in da Vinci robotic surgery. Dr. Salinas is a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association.
