They were closed and the owner came to us to allow us to have the brisket nachos. It was our first time trying Jos Brisket. The nachos were awesome and the service was really good.

Solid brisket from a food truck. Ribs were good and tender. The sausage was jalapeno and cheese. Oddly there wasn't a choice. We went back amd the sausage was different. Good place to grab some BBQ

Food truck was at Katy Beer Garden. I ordered Brisket Fries. Fries were uncooked and soggy. Not much brisket but chunks of fat. Very disappointed.
