Solid brisket from a food truck. Ribs were good and tender. The sausage was jalapeno and cheese. Oddly there wasn't a choice. We went back amd the sausage was different. Good place to grab some BBQ

Food truck was at Katy Beer Garden. I ordered Brisket Fries. Fries were uncooked and soggy. Not much brisket but chunks of fat. Very disappointed.

When to the beer garden for the first time and tried the food truck. The food was good a bit pricey for the amount of food that gives you . Our friend from Seattle enjoyed it. We will come back...
