very old style, grunge gym! great vibes and relaxed atmosphere- good place to get in a classic bodybuilding lift. owner is also very friendly. $10 for a day pass when i went.

The trainers are scammer. I went to train with a guy named Xavier. He had me pay him upfront for training then kept canceling on me. He eventually ran off with all my money. Won't return my calls...
