History

Jill and Geoffrey Davis - born and raised behind the Pine Curtain. Stacey and David Splawn - ETX transplants who love the pine forests, beautiful lakes and East Texas history. We became friends instantly over cappuccinos almost a year ago. We sat around the coffee table talking about our shared vision and dream to plant deep roots in Marshall, raise our families here, and have a positive impact on our community. Woven into the excitement was the lament that Marshall needed a great space for people to gather over great coffee. Joe Pine Coffee Co. was born out our shared love for coffee and East Texas.

Specialties

We are a specialty coffee shop in Marshall serving the highest quality coffee roasted in small batches by Texas roasters. Our house-made syrups (Mexican Vanilla, caramel and mocha) are the perfect sweet addition to our tasty latte. We offer a variety of from-scratch baked goods (cookies, biscuits, scones and breads) as well as Thunderbird Food Bars and kid-friendly options. For the non-coffee drinker, we have a delicious chai latte, hot and iced teas, Mexican Cokes, Topo Chico and more!
