Disappointing, third order requesting extra lettuce and tomatoes (as offered on app) and not only don't get extra, get a smaller portion than I've ever received on a sub form anywhere. Obviously...

I thought you guys closed at 10 pm not 9:30/9:40. I work late and I'm not able to make it earlier and the employees decide to lock the door so no one can order. They're rude af over the phone too.
