I actually had my first bad experience from Jersey Mike's. Let me explain. There had to be at least 4, maybe 5 staff on hand making and serving sandwiches so dare I ask why after 5mins the line...

Horrible. Gave me the wrong order and was very rude about it. I ordered 4 kids meals and they messed up and made regulars. When I went to check out they told me I had to go to the back of the line...
