Never ever a complaint on the food but that 30 min wait in the drive thru every single time is NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!' 3 vehicles ahead of me that's it! Absolutely insane.

Bad hygiene, worse customer service. Let me clarify, the people in the store were nice enough, no problem there. The complete lack of customer service came from management and/or corporate. So...

They make Great Subs and Philly cheese sandwiches. The only complaint I have is the Bacon that's supposed to be Applewood Smoked. Well it's not Applewood !

We waited in line just for 3 subs and 3 chips for 30 minutes. Like erm. How does it take that long just to do that, there was probably about 5 workers in there.
