the oysters they market at heb are excellent. i eat them all the time, but i don't know about the mercury content. don't find anything on the website. i eat them raw, about 4 containers a week....

Just ate a serving of oysters and they were wonderful! I am looking forward to more soon. Much tastier than on the half shell I have had at a local restaurant.
