History

This business began in a basement of an office building in Austin to help diabetics control their illness. As time went on and I received my PhD in nutrition, we expanded to not only treat; but cure various illnesses through food control and not pills!! We strive to make exceptional tasting food that everyone can enjoy from the same plate; for example, our black bean 100% flourless brownie!! We began teaching classes to teach each person how to better themselves through nutrition and not medicines. We cooked on Dr Oz and Good Morning Houston before expanding into Pflugerville, Tx. We are currently expanding again and now ship most places as well.

As a PhD nutritionist, I use only the freshest products that can control or reverse your illness. I specialize in reversing your diabetes and getting your diet on track. We prepare gluten free pastries and foods to help you maintain a safer diet. We cater and prepare meals so they are ready to heat and eat!! We also take special request to transfer your favorite food into one you can enjoy!!
