Started in 2017 to provide services to the community in areas of specialization that appeared to be lacking (i.e. substance abuse).

I am Jenn, & I have been a counselor for 12yrs. I specialize in treating people with a history of trauma, substance abuse & addiction, difficult life transitions, & shame work. You can work on these things in real & authentic sessions that feel like you're talking to a professional that's also a real person. Groups are offered based on demand and need. Groups can be formed to be gender specific, mixed, topic specific or based on Daring Way/ Rising Strong work by Brene' Brown. SAP assessments for DOT requirements can be completed here. I also work with some area EAP's (Employee Assistance Program). Check with your employer's EAP to see if they have a referral relationship with me. Currently accepting new clients. In network with Blue Cross Blue Shield & Compsych insurance, & Tricare/ Humana Military if you have a referral from your Primary Care Doctor. I also accept out of network insurance. Self pay rates are below average for the area. Sliding scale is offered for students.
