UPDATED: The company responded to my email and have offered us 6 months of free lawn service to regain their trust. Also, the company did not change the lock settings - the lock is hard to open...

I wish I'd seen the comments from Feb and April. My experience was pretty much the same. Erratic scheduling, poor communication, terrible follow-up, shoddy work. Unreliable company.
