He joined Cardiology Clinic of San Antonio to serve as Medical Director of the South Texas Adult Congenital Heart program at Methodist Hospital. During his fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Washington, Dr. Madan also completed a Master of Science degree in epidemiology at the University of Washington School of Public Health. He completed his fellowship in Cardiology at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota prior to joining Barnabas Health in West Orange, New Jersey. At the South Texas Adult Congenital Heart program, his patients experience a seamless transition from pediatric cardiology to outstanding, comprehensive adult congenital cardiology care. Dr. Madan is the author or coauthor of numerous articles and abstracts published in international journals including Circulation, Journal of the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Journal. His work has been presented at the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology Scientific Sessions. Dr. Madan serves as an Cardiology expert on cardiosmart.org, an initiative of the American College of Cardiology.
