The James L. West Center for Dementia Care is a not-for-profit organization founded on the love and compassion of Eunice P. West, who witnessed the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s disease on her husband, Fort Worth business leader and philanthropist James L. West. As a caregiver, Mrs. West understood the hardships families face, at a time when services for people with dementia were not commonly available.

My grandmother came here for hospice care & they took very great care of her while she was there! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a hospice facility for their love one.

Real nice place from the outside to the interior. I can say they are very careful when it comes to Covid and have you take a rapid test upon entering if you are new and just visiting. Great...

My husband came here for respite and we were very pleased with the facility. The staff was amazing, and they had lots to do to stimulate the brain.
