History
Jack Jordan opened the business in 1952 on Kermit Hwy. As Odessa expanded east Jack moved to a new location in 1978 to 42nd and Wendover. Bybthe 1982 thru 1985 oil bust my dad was old and tired and needing to take care of Karma his wife and and partner. I am Jimmy Jordan and made a hand shake deal to buy him out in 1985. I have operated on the corner of John Ben Shepard Parkway for over 30 years now. We pay attention daily to the 70 year old recipes and process that my dad started. 100% spot on great brisket ,beans outstanding , potato salad always good .i will give bad grades when deserved but last two times it was great a little pricey but good food good service ....
