I really don't understand how they have 4 stars makes absolute no sense to me I went thru the drive thru was told they didn't have cups at all?... asked for a milk shake they said they couldn't...

This Jack in the box....I love! They are always on point with their food items. If they mess up your order they will fix the problem. Southside Jack in the box rules!
