Typical JITB. The location can be a little sketchy at times. I use the drive through and usually during the day. Not the greatest area. Be careful, especially at night.

I arrived at 8:15 placed my order on the screen at 8:20 and still waiting for my food and it's 8:39. You can't leave the drive thru until the car in front is gone. Stay away

Worst jack in the box experience they never resdy and rude and not even abt that can't even make sure foods there and want to make u leave the line before u notice

They never get my very simple orders right. No napkins and I have to ask 4/5 times for condiments. The drive thru takes forever. My food was cold and wrong.
