Not sure how, but this location literally managed to burn the lettuce on my crispy chicken sandwiches. I've never experienced that in 15+ YEARS of eating Jack In The Box

I don't understand how this location can get an order wrong so many times. A bacon ultimate cheeseburger shouldn't be hard to confuse with any other burger, yet they got it wrong multiple times.

They never have tacos . Everytime i go they never have tacos. Unless they dont want to make them Just close this location tbh or change management

The woman over the speaker was VERY rude and then served me a stale crunchy hash brown that i could barely bite and when i broke pieces off it was brittle and dry. Never coming back.
