Terrible customer service. Screwed up order. Ordered a number 14 and only got the fries. Refused to correct the problem. Sorry service and a reflection of Jack in the box corporate policies.

Recently did a online pick up order at 5:00 am. Only got 2 out of 7 items right, 1 out of the 2 items had bad ingredients and they gave me 3 burgers that I didn't even order. Terrible experience....
