Horrific! Avoid at all costs. A $1000 table was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Come Tuesday the following week I have called 100 times and can't get tracking information or a call back.

Tried calling customer service all it does is go to vm. Their tracking website says the tracking number provided by Wayfair does not exist.

Now I know why the review is only 2 stars. My delivery has been sitting in the Reno warehouse for a week and has not been delivered. I have emailed J W Logistics in Reno, NV twice for an update...
