Irving Texas Water Utilities Department

It offers graffiti removal services for public and private properties. In addition, the Streets Division provides litter control programs. The division also responds to severe weather calls. It is a part of the Public Works Department, which is administered by the City of Irving in Texas. The department oversees construction projects, street conditions, and water and sanitary sewer service operations. Its engineering division handles citizens' infrastructure-related complaints. The Public Works Department reviews plans for proposed construction works and maintains engineering records.
