Iron Works Health Club

In 2002 we began our gym when we purchased the original Iron Works Health Club. After a complete renovation of the facility, along with the launching of a new image, our membership numbers soon outgrew that location. So, in the summer of 2006, we sought upon the endeavor of once again changing our facility and our image. We are now located at 1702 11th Street in a 30, 000 square foot facility that offers fitness activities that benefit all demographics. Included in our new Health Club is cybex equipment, ergonomically correct hammerstrength weight training equipment, a much larger, diverse cardio center, yoga, and aerobics. We also have a child care facility for your convenience and a separate women's gym was created to ensure the comfort of all of our members.With all the incredible changes, Iron Works Health Club has one thing that remains the same, the friendliest staff with commitment to making members feel at home while their fitness needs are met. We are excited about the future of our club and look forward to exceeding our members expectations. Our Business Of course there are the requisite treadmills and weight benches, but we wanted Iron Works to be a full service gym, equipped with the latest and best machines on the market. We have equipped Iron Works Health Club with the latest and greatest equipment on the market. From Cybex and Hammer Strength our equipment fits you and functions the best. What does this mean to you? RESULTS! We also have our two separte co-ed workout rooms. One is more user friendly helping those who have never worked out before by having everything lined up in rows- chest, legs, back, so that you're not walking around lost wondering where to go. Then we have our other workout room for the hard-core lifter with higher weights and different music, thus creating two completely different atmospheres. On Monday we open at 4am, then we are open 24 hours a day until we close at 10pm on Friday. Our weekend hours consist of, Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 8pm.
