I only spoke to them on the phone and I spoke to a lady who's name sounds like "GOLDEN " it would be her last week there ( unfortunately for them cuz she is the type of employee that is a keeper )...

Took my bus in for some basic repairs on 1st visit. * "Fix the aqua hot" I go back to pick up my fixed unit but the electric element was never replaced. And you better believe they charged me...

Had service done here and it was the worst place I've been to for my 5th. Shoot, they wanted to change my rear lights at hundreds of dollars and all it took was pushing the 7point in farther....
