Indigent Care in Austin, TX is a nonprofit alliance of health care providers in Central Texas known as Integrated Care Collaboration (ICC). Their mission is to collect, analyze, and share health information to enhance the quality and cost efficiency of healthcare across the continuum of care. ICC is recognized by the State of Texas and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) as a regional Texas Health Information exchange.
