You'll make friends easily as you'll get to know the other clients, instructors, and staff. Since we don't require you to sign contracts, we are as flexible as your life. Visited for a surprise birthday pole class and this was so fun! The women's locker room was spacious with ample room to change and revamp after the class. The instructor was fun and entertaining....

I have such a great time working with our instructor Cat. We took a line dancing class. They should have this class more often! I will come back on a weekly basis to learn all the line dances.
