Menard Manor is a 40-bed, nonprofit health care organization. Originally opened as Bevans Hotel, Menard Manor still uses the hotel building. It offers personal and health care services to youths and senior citizens. The organization maintains a separate 15-unit independent living retirement center that serves the housing needs of people above 60 years of age. It provides housekeeping, laundry and parking services. Menard Manor also conducts a variety of fun-filled games and educational, social and recreational activities that include fishing trips, picnics, word games, exercise sessions, street dances, bingo, and arts and crafts. In association with the Menard School, it offers an adopt-a-grandparent program for resident senior citizens. Additionally, the facility offers Sunday church services. Menard Manor is located in Menard, Texas.
