Had breakfast Friday morning about 10:30 am. Have not ever been to this this IHOP and it was mediocre at best Service was good. Food was room temperature and waitstaff had to have ordered item...

I quit going to ihop about 3 yrs ago because the service was always terrible. Went back to the same one and service is still bad. I get there at 10:15am. Not busy at all. I sat there 10 minutes....

My wife and I really loved breakfast from here this morning. Proteins tasty and seasoned just right. Pancakes were fluffy and light!
