When I arrived, no one was there to get me seated so I waited for about 6 minutes. They told me to pick a place. They brought me a menu 5-10 minutes after I sat. There are some issues with this...

Seated quickly my order was taken quickly and my drink arrived after just a few minutes. The inside was not very impressive, some unbussed tables, paper scraps and just kind of messy inside....

Recently (8/3/25) went to ihop with a couple friends a little after midnight. Only to get terrible service. There was absolutely no one else in the restaurant when we arrived and it took an hour...

Food took way longer than one hour and when it did come out it was cold and stale. Also the ac was dripping on us and our table, the table was dirty and there were gnats flying all over the place.

There was a ROACH and the waitress just removed the chair. I was flabbergasted and didn't know what to say or do
