Cathy W gives you a quality experience. She is super sweet and extremely helpful. There are identogo's a little farther away that has multiple staff but I think I would come back to this one...

Appointment canceled due to technical issues. Sent to another site and waited 40 minutes only to be told they couldn't get me in. I don't think they understand why people make appointments.

The person doing the fingerprints was the only person working in the office but she was really pleasant, kind and considerate and made the long wait worth it.

I can not say enough good things! I chose this location in hopes that it would be quicker than the Dallas South Mega Center Identogo location and I was in and out in 10 minutes! Very clean room...
