Its 1130 and they arent done with 10 oclock appointments and shes leaving for an hour for lunch at 12. Do NOT come here unless you ahve hours to wait.

Appointment canceled due to technical issues. Sent to another site and waited 40 minutes only to be told they couldn't get me in. I don't think they understand why people make appointments.

The person doing the fingerprints was the only person working in the office but she was really pleasant, kind and considerate and made the long wait worth it.
