Awesome service and great product. I am fairly young (48) and was having some problems with my hip. I purchased the inserts for my shoes and voila! a year and a half later still no pain! Love it

This store is closed. And from what I have read it sounds like people are having trouble getting the "lifetime warranty" honored.

I bought these inserts years ago, under the promise of less pain in my knees and feet. I paid $230, out of desperation and never wore them for more than an hour. They made the pain much more...

I returned product within a week and had to pay a 30% restocking fee on a $567. Ask about their fee for returning your purchase, and read small print.
