This place is always dirty and dusty, i also see hand hygiene isn't a priority. At least sanitize hands between patients, even when putting gloves on!!!!

Should be zero. Some of the most piss poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, you're better off using rusty pliers at home for your dental work.
