dirty. the milk tea is warm, way too sweet and has an unauthentic taste. the boba is way overcooked and not chewy at all. 0/100

Still one of my go to spots everything I go to Towneast. Always consistent and friendly staff. One caveat is that I wish there was a way to sample as not to get an overly sweet or too tart drink....
