Considered the this place. People were nice on the phone and nice to me in the office. They didnt show the same courtesy with my mother who came as a guest so I decided not to live with them.

My wife and I have lived here for about 6 months and our A/C has gone out 6 times most recently it went out 8/21/19 and 3 DAYS later it is still not fixed. It has been 85 degrees in our apartment...
