I went to this office for my 2016 taxes. The agent did not include one of my W2 statements. She just left it off completely. I trusted this office but not anymore! That mistake cost me $3,000....

This Indian dude was really rude Af. He was rushing us to get out he was being really rude he spoke loud of how much money we owed. I think that's pretty rude his tone of voice and his attitude....
