The park is clean, but the free WiFi is laughable. Lucky if it works half the day. People at desk could care less. A big problem with red ants, hard to take dogs for a walk.

If your dog likes to have exercise, this is not the place, unless you like picking up the dog poop their regulars leave in both dog park areas, that the staff then mows instead of picking it up....

The park is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Sites are level and all hookup was in great working order. Pool and hot tub looked good. Very easy to enter and exit. Close to I-10.

The desk staff are friendly and there's a tank with tropical fish in the office and they sell standard beer like Bud. The sites are gravel and many need to be covered again. The water pressure...
