Their title says "repairs". Call them. "We don't do repairs. Only new heaters". C'mon yall. This situation is stressful enough. Don't make me call you based on something you're advertising...

Houston Water Heaters wasn't willing to fix a mistake with the vent that was clearly caused due to the install. Took over two weeks to back to me. Wouldn't recommend.
