Rude nurses and certainly don't put patients well-being first! Would recommend going anywhere else over Houston ENT

This place is good but always be prepared to wait at least an hour. We have been hear many times and I want to change to another place so we don't have to wait so long to be seen by the doctor...

If I coukd give zero stars I would... Had an appointment for my daughter, leave work early, got her out of school early... and came to the doctors office... only to be told they overbooked and...

They are now sending me a bill from 2012. It's been 8 years and they claim physical bills were sent (never got one) but now they are emailing me. Hard to believe they never tried to email me...
