They'll charge you more for a good looking plant, they refused to charge what was advertised. When I questioned them why I was paying $20 more for a 7gal pot, they said that's just the way it is...

In order to keep a business open, I strongly suggest educating your employees about gardening concepts. Also, I think it is important to be polite, well mannered, and attentive.
