I'm a bit baffled by the good reviews. This is an expensive, low end experience. Our room wasn't ready at check in. Still wasn't ready at 430pm. Not our issue that the previous guests stayed late....

Nice rooms and balcony in the King room. Bit noisy from folks above us as could hear them walking around. Bed and bathroom were nice.
