Used to get people to answer the phone but now on hold for 30 min to an hour finally to get transferred to parts then to get put on hold again then wherever they say hello I say what I need then...

We've been shopping at Hooten's for some years and have nothing but positive experiences. Generally, the products seem to be higher quality, and thereby longer lasting, than the big box stores....
