Jacqueline F. Gibson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, attended Louisiana State University, where she first earned her Bachelor of General Studies in 2007 and then her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the university's Health Sciences Center in 2010. Jacqueline then went to the University of Texas at Arlington to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. As a Family Medicine nurse practitioner, she provides annual physicals and well woman exams to keep her patients healthy. She also treats acute illnesses such as infections and injuries and diagnoses and manages chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease. Her clinical interests include women's services and preventative care. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in February 2025.

Jamie Green, FNP-C, graduated from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas. Jamie provides care for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, with a special interest in pediatrics and preventive care. As a family nurse practitioner, she takes a compassionate approach to patient care and strives to build trust through active listening and personalized care plans. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in September 2024.

At Nabeel Khan, MD, located in Huntsville, Texas, Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician Dr. Khan leads a skilled team that provides a wide range of primary care services to patients 18 and older. The team at Nabeel Khan, MD, is especially well-trained in diagnosing puzzling medical problems, providing ongoing care for chronic illnesses, and caring for patients with more than one disease. Dr. Khan feels privileged and honored to have been in practice in Huntsville for the last 13 years. He and the team offer a variety of services, including treatments for diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease, and thyroid disorders. He works well with other specialists and can refer you to them if necessary.
