Holly Corporation, established in 1947, is an independent petroleum refiner and marketer that produce high-value products, such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel. Holly operates through its subsidiaries an 82,000-barrel-per-stream-day refinery located in New Mexico, and a 26,000-barrel-per-stream-day refinery in Utah. The company also manufactures and markets asphalt products from various terminals in Arizona and New Mexico. The corporation owns an interest in Holly Energy Partners that owns and leases more than 1,500 miles of petroleum product pipelines in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, and refined product terminals in various Southwest and Rocky Mountain states. Holly Corporation is based in Dallas.
